With the growing success of the company and an increase in internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has presented itself for an Advertising Sales Manager to join the team in their Western Sydney Offices.

Starting immediately, you will join a well established site that has a strong reputation in the market place. You will take a leadership role and become a mentor to the sales consultants ensuring they reach individual targets and team targets. The focus to be on increasing the business profitability, getting out in the community to network with key accounts, and winning market share.

Your experience in a sales management position will see you ease into this role quickly with results showing immediately.

As the successful candidate you will be:

• A Sales professional with 2 years experience in a sales management role
• Highly motivated with a desire to achieve more
• Highly proactive and committed to achieving results
• Able to work under pressureAble to work to deadlines
• Tertiary qualified in Business or Marketing
• Experienced in MS office
• A background in advertising/ marketing preferred
